At SIREN, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our subscribers. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.
Subscription Services
SIREN offers recurring subscription services billed through CCBill. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your selected plan)
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting CCBill directly
Refund Eligibility
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, if our support team cannot resolve the issue
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
- Within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period
- Partial month usage after cancellation
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Dissatisfaction with specific content (content availability may vary)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may:
- Contact SIREN Support: Email support@viewsiren.com with your account email and reason for the refund request
- Contact CCBill: Visit support.ccbill.com or call CCBill's consumer support line
Please allow 3-5 business days for refund requests to be processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note that cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund: Returns money for a charge already made. Access may be terminated upon refund.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your SIREN account and go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Or contact CCBill directly at support.ccbill.com
